All Breed Health Clinic

The club is sponsoring an all breed health clinic which will cover eyes, heart, ICSB, chiropractic, animal communicator, blood draws for thyroid testing and other various tests available. Herding Day

Hurray, we all look forward to herding day at Ewetopia Herd Dog Farm in Roy, WA. If you want to get your Herding Instinct Certificate or just want to let your dog give moving the sheep a try, this is a fun, fun day for canine and human. Dogs must be pre-registered and remember to order lunch too. Flyer is posted above. Be sure and pre-register early.

Maifest

You don't want to miss the wonderful activities during Maifest. Held in the quaint German town of Leavenworth, WA., the club members along with our Canadian friends gather together with their Bernese Mountain Dogs, Greater Swiss, Entlebuchers and Appenzellers. The dogs and their humans dressed up in Bavarian costume take part in the parade then head back to the Der Ritterhof for a BBQ and games. This is a very fun event to attend. Please remember you are required to dress appropriately to participate in the parade, no street clothes.

Draft Clinic

Held once a year, this draft clinic is a favorite among the working dog community. Stay tuned for the flyer as you will want to sign up early. Club members take priority but there is generally a few spots open for other breeds and non-members.

Swiss Day Parade

Join the fun for a short but very fun Swiss Day Parade to be held in Bonney Lake, WA. This is an annual event and a favorite for many. After the parade you will all head down to the Broken Shovel Ranch with Pudge and Metoli to let the dogs play and where you can recap the events of the parade.

General Meeting/Teach your dog a trick

Plan to attend our first meeting of the year for a general meeting, a raffle & demonstration by renowned agility trainer Daisy Peel on how to teach your dog some new tricks. Daisy will also conduct a short workshop after the demo for those wanting to practice their new skills. Instead of a potluck, this year we will be collecting 5 dollars per head & will have pizza.
